Sign Up Procedure
1. Call to confirm sign-up date, class times, and availability before arriving at school or paying online*.
2. Pay the registration fee* and fill out the necessary paperwork. Links to download these documents are included at the bottom of this page. There are two ways to register:
♦ Pay online on our "Schedules" page. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to complete the registration process.
OR
♦ Stop by the school with your parent or guardian and pay the registration fee. An instructor is available for registration every other Monday and Wednesdays or Thursdays at 5 or 7 PM.
3. Request a waiver if you have not yet earned your instruction permit by taking the written Basic Knowledge Exam at the DOL.Take the waiver to the Department of Licensing to apply for your permit up to 10 days before the course start date**. Visit the DOL's website for information about applying for a permit.
4. Begin driving with your parent, or a licensed adult over the age of 21. The more you practice, the more likely you are to pass your course and be ready to get your driver's license.
6. Schedule behind-the-wheel training lessons with the instructor in class***.
*Refunds will only be issued by check via US Postal Service once your payment clears our account. Coupons or other offers are not valid with online payment. Payments made online do not guarantee your seat in a course until you receive a confirmation email from our school verifying enrollment - this is not the same as a receipt from PayPal. **Permits are required in order to receive behind-the-wheel training. ***One hour of observation and six hours of training are included in the course fee.
